Research on Raw Material Ordering and Transportation Strategy Based on Integer Programming

This paper studies the raw material ordering and transportation strategy based on principle of integer programming. Based production data a certain enterprise, original attachment is firstly analyzed, 6 indicators are selected weight coefficient each indicator determined by TOPSIS entropy method. Then, 0-1 programming model for solving minimum number suppliers established, most economical scheme established with least comprehensive cost as objective function. Finally, taking transshipment loss goal transporter's carrying capacity constraint condition, plan solved greedy algorithm. After analyzing plan, can meet weekly demand, average inventory 59540 cubic meters, mean square error 222.67 meters; 8.33%, ratio two or more transshipments to total 3.85%.
